إزاي أعلي الكوالتي بتاعت النوم واظبط نومي الي عنده خلفية او متخصص في حاجة زي دي يعرفني لاني مهما حاولت مبقدرش أستمر اكتر من تلات اسابيع ك اقصى حد وبيرجع يبوظ تاني وفكرت أروح لدكتور مخ وأعصاب لأن الموضوع دا مستمر معايا بقاله حوالي اربع سنين
