لأول مره اقتنع أني فعلاً محتاجه دكتور نفساني وأن كل محاولاتي اني ابقى كويسه لوحدي فشلت وأدركت اني فعلا محتاجه علاج.. لكن أنا مش شخص بيستسلم ودي هتبقى أخر محاولة ف أني أساعد نفسي اتمنى تنجح..
